				I have known Rick Garren, Carolina Mtn Grading, for 15+ years. I developed a 43 acre property to a gated subdivision in Hendersonville NC in 2006. I contracted Rick to complete the infrastructure for 20 residential lots. After completion of infrastructure I continued to contract with him for lot maintenance and snow removal. As lots sold, purchasers also contracted with him for prep work on their lots. His work was top quality, equipment well maintained and cost of work very reasonable.  Rick is a professional, honest, Christian business man that I highly recommend.

				Absolutely incredible!  Our community has a private gravel road around it that was in desperate need of crowning, additional gravel and clearing the ditches. Rick did an amazing job!!  He is responsive, professional, goes above and beyond and does excellent work. He has done work for some of our residents and we want to keep him as our main road contractor for the future!!
